Please check your product in front of the delivery person before making the payment. Once the package is opened and the delivery person leaves, returns will no longer be accepted.
2. Mismatch or Damaged Products
If there is any mismatch or damage in your order, please do not remove the seal or packaging. Products with removed seals will not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Customers who cancel orders three times will be restricted from placing future orders. Additionally, any cancelled order will incur the delivery cost, which will be applied to the next order.
4. Custom Orders
All custom-made or personalized items are final sale. Due to their unique nature, these orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.
5. Payment Methods
We accept multiple payment methods including cash on delivery, card payments, and online transactions. Ensure that the payment is made according to the agreed method at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe mentioned on our website. Delivery dates are estimates, and while we strive for punctuality, slight delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Privacy & Data Security
Customer information is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share personal data with third parties and ensure secure handling of all transactions.
8. Returns & Refunds
Refunds or replacements are processed only after verification of mismatch, defect, or delivery issues in accordance with the above policies. Refunds will be credited via the same payment method used during purchase.
